How Credits Work

1 Credit = 1 Successful Step

A "step" is a single action within your test:

• Clicking a button

• Filling a form field

• Asserting text content

• Making an API call

• Navigating to a page

Important: We only charge for successful attempts. Failed steps or assertions do not consume credits.

System Error Protection

If a test fails due to our internal system error (infrastructure crash), those credits are automatically refunded to your balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do my credits expire?

No. Your purchased credits stay in your account until you use them. You can buy a large pack today and use it over 3 months or 3 days - the choice is yours.

What happens if I run out of credits during a test?

We will finish the current test run (up to a small overdraft limit) to ensure your pipeline doesn't break, and then alert you to top up.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the stability or results in the first 30 days, simply email us. We will refund your remaining balance, no questions asked.

For occasional testing:

• Start with the Starter Pack (1,000 credits)

• Perfect for debugging and manual test runs

For regular testing:

• Choose the Growth Pack (20,000 credits)

• Ideal for daily regression testing

• 100 tests × 20 steps = 2,000 steps per run
